1. Fill out and send the recycling form
HERE YOU'LL FIND THE FORM -
2. Pack your pre-loved clothes and add a note inside the parcel that has your name, number and email. Send the parcel to Ninyes.

3. When your clothes have been received and evaluated, you will receive an email regarding the refund amount. When you have accepted the refund, you will receive a gift card via email.

MORE INFORMATION
For each item that is eligible for resale, you will be refunded 60 % or 80 % depending on the estimated resale price. The estimated resale price is affected by the condition and up-to-dateness of the clothing you return. In order to maximize the refund, we recommend washing the clothing before sending it.
You’ll receive 60% of the product's value, plus 80% of the amount exceeding €80.
You will receive the refund as a gift card. The shipping fee 3,90 € (Finland) per parcel that you have sent, and the handling fee of 2,80 € per product is reduced from the total amount of the gift card. If you deliver your clothes to Ninyes’ return box in Helsinki the shipping fee is 0 €.
You get to choose which of the Ninyes’ co-operation partners shop you want the gift card for, as long as you have at least one product of that brand among your recycled products. If you choose multiple stores the gift card will be evenly distributed among those shops.
